What the Ukutula price includes
Every Ukutula booking includes reserve entry, a professional ranger or handler, safety briefing, bottled water and photo assistance during your experience.
The private shuttle by Capital Xperience from Johannesburg or Pretoria is a separate optional add-on. Enter your pickup address at checkout for a fast quote — Ukutula itself does not operate a transfer service.

How much does Ukutula cost per person?
Ukutula rates are per person: Walk With Lions R1,300 pp, Walk With Lions + Predator Tour Combo R1,700 pp, Guided Predator Tour from R825 pp and the Lion Waterhole game drive R1,000 pp. All prices are in South African Rand, VAT inclusive, with no booking or card surcharge.
Are Ukutula prices per person?
Yes — all Ukutula experience prices are per person. Children under 5 are free on the Guided Predator Tour; the Walk With Lions, Combo and Lion Waterhole are age-restricted (12+ / 1.5m minimum height).
How much is a child ticket at Ukutula?
Child rates apply on the family-friendly experiences — the Guided Predator Tour and Lion Waterhole drive show the child price alongside the adult price in the rate card above. Under 5s go free on the Guided Predator Tour. The Walk With Lions and Combo are adult/teen only (12+), so there is no child ticket for those.
What is the best-value Ukutula tour?
The Walk With Lions + Predator Tour Combo at R1,700 pp — 3 hours, both signature experiences in one visit, cheaper than booking them separately.
How do I book Ukutula tickets?
Book online in a couple of minutes through Capital Xperience, the independent booking and transport partner for Ukutula experiences: pick your experience, date and time slot, enter your guest details and confirm. You can also WhatsApp +27 82 711 7350 or email info@capitalxperience.co.za and we will hold your slot and send a payment link.
How do I get my Ukutula ticket after booking?
As soon as your booking is confirmed you receive a booking reference (for example UKU-1234) and a downloadable e-ticket with a QR code, your experience, date, start time and — if you booked a transfer — your pickup time and address. Show the ticket on your phone or print it; there is no need to collect anything at a counter.
Do I have to pay the full amount to book?
Payment in full secures the slot and issues your ticket immediately. If you prefer to book first and pay after, request a WhatsApp booking and we will create a pending reservation with a payment link — the slot is only guaranteed once payment clears.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure online card payment (Visa and Mastercard, 3D Secure) at checkout, or EFT to our Capitec Business account on request. Every booking is invoiced with your reference number.
Can I get a group or multi-tour quote?
Yes — larger groups and multi-day itineraries are quoted individually. WhatsApp +27 82 711 7350 with your group size and dates for a written quote.
Do prices include transfers from Johannesburg?
No — the shuttle by Capital Xperience is a separate service quoted on booking, so you only pay for what you need. Private door-to-door return transfers run daily from Johannesburg, Pretoria, Sandton, Midrand, OR Tambo and Lanseria.
Can I cancel or reschedule my Ukutula tickets?
Free rescheduling is available subject to availability. Cancellation terms are shown on the cancellation policy page and on your invoice — contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can move rather than cancel your slot.
Do prices change seasonally?
Ukutula prices are stable year-round. No surge, no peak-season loading.
