1. Who we are

Capital Xperience ("Capital Xperience") is an independent South African tour operator selling official Ukutula activities, selected safaris and optional return transport. Ukutula’s official website lists Capital Xperience as a transport contact for lodge and day visitors. Capital Xperience is a separate business from Ukutula and handles payments made on this website.

The experiences take place at the Ukutula Lodge & Game Reserve in Brits, with trained guides and certified rangers on hand. Capital Xperience looks after your booking; Ukutula's team looks after the magic on the day. If you ever need to change anything about your booking, just let us know — we'll handle it directly with Ukutula for you, so you're always looked after.

Every booking and ticket clearly shows Capital Xperience as your booking platform and Ukutula as the experience venue — so you always know who you're dealing with.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and a written confirmation has been issued. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Before payment, the guest must accept these terms and acknowledge the relationship between Capital Xperience and the experience operator. The date and time of that acceptance are retained with the booking record.

3. Ukutula rules

Walk With Lions and Lion Waterhole: minimum age 12, minimum height 1.5m.
Guided Predator Tour: all ages welcome, under 5 free.
Neutral clothing, closed shoes and adherence to handler instructions are mandatory.
Ukutula reserves the right to refuse participation on safety grounds.

Ukutula, Pilanesberg & Sun City stays: new stays that include any night from 1 December to 7 January require a minimum of 2 nights at Ukutula and 3 nights at Pilanesberg / Sun City. Peak-season rates may apply and availability is limited. Existing paid bookings are not changed by this new requirement.

4. Transport

Transport is quoted separately based on pickup address and group size. Pickup times are estimated; please allow a 15-minute window. Delays due to traffic, weather or force majeure do not entitle you to a refund of the tour portion.

Transport cancellations: cancelling the transport portion of a booking less than 14 days before the scheduled pickup attracts a charge of 50% of the transport value; cancelling less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup attracts a charge of 100% of the transport value. Where a booking includes both activities and transport, the activity portion follows the general cancellation schedule above and these charges apply to the transport portion only.

5. Wildlife disclaimer

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Weather and animal behaviour are outside our control. Refunds are not offered on the basis of individual sightings.

6. Liability

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Neither Capital Xperience nor Ukutula Lion Park accepts liability for injury, loss or damage other than as required by law. Guests must have adequate personal travel insurance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
