Do I pay Ukutula or Capital Xperience?
You pay Capital Xperience — your independent booking specialist. We handle Ukutula's ticketing and your private transfer as one seamless booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before your slot. Between 48–24 hours a 50% fee applies. Under 24 hours is non-refundable but we'll happily reschedule where Ukutula permits.
Can I book Walk With Lions and a safari together?
Yes — combine Walk With Lions in the morning with an afternoon Pilanesberg game drive or a stop at the Elephant Sanctuary. Just add both on the booking page.
