How Ukutula bookings work
Start with the experience: a one-hour lion enrichment walk, the longer Walk + Predator Combo, a Guided Predator Tour or Lion Waterhole viewing. Check the activity's duration and guest rules before selecting a live date and time.
For Ukutula-only tours, choose self-drive or add a private return transfer and pickup address. Review activities, guests, transport and the dated total together before accepting the Terms and paying through Yoco. Your email confirmation and QR ticket follow full payment.

How do I book Ukutula Lion Park tickets online?
Choose Walk With Lions, the Walk + Predator Combo, Guided Predator Tour or Lion Waterhole. Select your date, available time and guests, choose self-drive or optional private return transport, then review the total and pay securely through Yoco. Full payment triggers your confirmation and QR e-ticket by email, with no added booking fee.
Can I book Ukutula the same day?
Same-day bookings are subject to availability. For same-day requests, WhatsApp us directly so we can confirm the slot with Ukutula and dispatch your transfer immediately.
Do I pay Ukutula or Capital Xperience?
You pay Capital Xperience — your independent booking specialist. We handle Ukutula's ticketing and your private transfer as one seamless booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before your slot. Between 48–24 hours a 50% fee applies. Under 24 hours is non-refundable but we'll happily reschedule where Ukutula permits.
Can I book Ukutula Walk With Lions and a Pilanesberg safari together?
Yes. Compare our Pilanesberg Game Drive + Walk With Lions and other safari combos. The selected package sets the itinerary, guest minimum and transport requirements; these are not the same as a self-drive Ukutula-only ticket. Check the package details and your chosen date before payment.
Is ukutulalionpark.com the official Ukutula website?
No. Capital Xperience operates ukutulalionpark.com as an independent safari and private-transfer company. Ukutula hosts the wildlife experiences at its reserve near Brits. Ukutula's official website lists Capital Xperience as a guest transport contact; our platform brings Ukutula tickets, selected other safaris and private transfers into one booking.
How do I check Ukutula booking availability?
Select an activity and date in the booking form to see available sessions. A sold-out departure is not a confirmed reservation; choose another date or activity, or ask our team about alternatives. If you stop before payment, use the Contact page for help completing your booking.
Which price applies when I book a 2027 Ukutula tour?
The tour date determines the rate, not the day you make the booking. Our 2027 rates include Walk With Lions at R1,430 and Walk + Predator Combo at R1,870 per adult. Review your dated quote before paying; existing saved bookings are not repriced.

How far is Ukutula Lion Park?
Ukutula Lodge & Game Reserve is 120 km from Johannesburg (allow 2–2½ hours), 85 km from Pretoria and 165 km from OR Tambo International Airport, off the R512 near Brits. The last stretch is gravel, so add 30–45 minutes, plus 10–15 minutes from the gate to reception.
