Which ticket should I choose?
The Lion Walk is the signature experience and what most visitors come for. If you have a full morning, the Lion Walk + Guided Predator Tour Combo is the better value and gives you the whole reserve, not just the walk.
Families with children under 12 should book the Guided Predator Tour, which has no age or height restriction. The Lion Walk requires a minimum age of 12 and minimum height of 1.5 m.

How much are Ukutula tickets in 2026?
Lion Walk R1,300 per person, Lion Walk + Guided Predator Tour Combo R1,700 pp, Guided Predator Tour R825 pp adult (under 5 free), Lion Waterhole game drive and full day packages from R2,100 pp.
Can I book from another country?
Yes. Any international Visa or Mastercard works, prices are charged in South African Rand, and confirmation is instant by email — you don't need to be in South Africa to reserve a slot.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes for the Lion Walk — group sizes are capped and morning slots sell out, especially in peak season and school holidays. Booking a few days ahead is usually enough; further ahead for weekends.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
Rescheduling is free subject to availability. Cancellation terms are on our cancellation policy page; message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle changes personally.
Are tickets refundable if the weather is bad?
Experiences run in light rain. If Ukutula cancels a slot for safety reasons, you are offered a new date or a refund.
